Andrea Kessler is, first and foremost, a wife, mother, daughter, and friend who understands both the rewards and challenges of balancing professional and personal roles. Her life and work have been shaped by caring for others, listening with intention, and learning through seasons of growth, change, and resilience.
As a coach and educator, Andrea brings compassion, curiosity, and authenticity to her work. She believes that each person possesses strengths, insights, and wisdom that can serve as a foundation for growth. Through supportive conversations and practical reflection, she helps individuals reconnect with what matters most and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Professionally, Andrea's career has centered on helping people navigate change, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful goals. As a licensed Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist, she has spent nearly 25 years working with individuals across diverse practice settings, including Level I acute care, outpatient orthopedics, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health.
In 2014, her professional journey expanded into academia, where she discovered a passion for developing and mentoring future healthcare professionals. As an assistant professor, Andrea values the opportunity to guide students through the transition from learner to clinician while continually being inspired by their curiosity, growth, and dedication.
Her experiences as a clinician, educator, and coach have reinforced a simple belief: healthcare professionals deserve the same care, support, and compassion they so freely offer others.
Through OccuTecture, Andrea combines her passion for healthcare, education, and personal development to support the well-being of healthcare professionals and foster self-compassion, resilience, and sustainable practice.
